From his experience in the Public Sector along with his experience in organizing events to Real Estate, Dejan understands the need for distinctive representation. Dejan graduated from University of Quebec in Human Resources. His European background and fluency in English, French and Serbian, along with his work experience, helps him understand various cultures and gives him ability to deal with any type of adversity.

His professionalism, creative marketing solutions, solid negotiating skills, open communication and a client service commitment that begins with impeccable service and ends with excellent results are the cornerstones of his success. OGI KALAJDZIC Residential real estate broker

Although he has just embarked on this new career path, Ogi possesses a deep knowledge of the local real estate market and is motivated to make a positive impact. Coming from a family of brokers who have been successfully working in real estate for over 20 years, Ogi has not only been exposed to real estate brokerage but has also developed an enthusiastic attitude fueled by his genuine interest, knowledge, and experience in the industry. Ogi inspires trust, listens to his clients, and has a reputation for providing exceptional service.

Ogi understands what it means to put himself in his clients’ shoes. Having moved multiple times and bought and sold his own condos and homes, he has developed a sensitivity to his clients' concerns. Now a long-time resident of the area, Ogi has guided his three children through the school system in the Outaouais region and is involved in local sports associations, giving him a deep understanding of the diverse needs of families in the community.

A graduate in economics from the University of Ottawa and a certified residential real estate broker, Ogi also brings over 15 years of experience with the Government of Canada. His academic and professional background, including roles at Global Affairs Canada and more recently at Public Services and Procurement Canada, has enhanced his skills in real estate brokerage, customer service, and understanding market economics. These strengths will enable him to stand out in real estate and effectively guide his clients in buying or selling a property.

MONA BOJATAdministrative Assistant

Originally from Europe, Mona has a University degree in Economics, twelve years of banking experience abroad and extensive experience working in the retail business. Her education and diverse work experience have helped her well when she decided to get into real estate business in 2003.

She began her real estate career with VIA Capital in Aylmer and has since changed several brokerages such as Immo Outaouais and Re/Max in Hull in order to enrich her experience and skills. Working as an Affiliated Real Estate Agent (residential and commercial) Mona had a chance to deepen her knowledge and professionalism while developing a diverse clientele in the Outaouais region. In 2008 Mona decided to become accredited and leaves Re/Max to open her own Real Estate Brokerage – Ma Maison. In September 2014, Ma Maison changes its name and vision to become LION Real Estate. Filled with joy and confidence, Mona is extremely proud to have an opportunity to help her clients meet their needs and achieve their real estate dreams.
